Stay Rule Resort policy

STAY RULES REQUIREMENTS:

• Check-in time: 14:00
• Check-out time: 12:00
• Including breakfast for 2 persons
• All room rates are for 2 guests (Children under 110 cm., up to 1 person does not need to pay for accommodation).
• For those who add Maximum of 1 person/room with additional occupancy fee of 1,000 baht/night including breakfast (subject to change during holidays)
• Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay. Stay with us at night, if you see the resort, add 4,000 baht/person
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Failure to do so is subject to a fine of 2,000 baht.
• Cooking is not allowed in the rooms and the resort area.
• Tents are not allowed inside the resort.
• Do not make noise or do anything that disturbs others. We reserve the right to refrain from using sound from 22:00 onwards.
• If the customer leaves the property inside the resort or the property is lost The resort is not responsible for anything.
• In the event that the property of the resort is damaged or lost Must compensate for damages according to the price of that property
• In the event that you do not stay as specified The resort will be regarded as a no-show. and you cannot request a refund.
• In case the customer wants to add more guests, please inform at least 3 days in advance.
• In the event that the customer checks out more than the time specified by the resort The resort is adjusted by the hour (1,000 baht per hour).
• In case the customer wants to cancel additional guests, please notify 3 days in advance of the check-in date. If not notified, the resort does not reserve the right to not refund.

The rules of stay are subject to change without prior notice.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS :

• This booking cannot be cancelled. in any case
• Can postpone the date of stay 1 time, must notify the resort 30 days in advance.
• Any change or cancellation of the date of stay will be subject to the document of the resort

ระเบียบการเข้าพัก ข้อกำหนด:

• เวลาเช็คอิน: 14:00 น.
• เวลาเช็คเอาท์: 12:00 น.
• รวมอาหารเช้าสำหรับ 2 ท่าน
• ราคาห้องพักทุกแบบเป็นราคาสำหรับผู้เข้าพัก 2 ท่าน (เด็กสูงไม่เกิน 110 ซม. ไม่เกิน 1 ท่าน ไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าเข้าพัก)
• สำหรับท่านที่เสริม สูงสุดไม่เกิน 1 ท่าน/ห้อง โดยมีค่าเข้าพักเพิ่ม 1,000 บาท/คืน รวมอาหารเช้า (ทั้งนี้อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในช่วงวันหยุด)
• ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผู้ที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก เข้าพักด้วยในยามวิกาลหากพบเห็นรีสอร์ทปรับเพิ่ม 4,000 บาท/ท่าน
• ไม่อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพัก หากฝ่าฝืนมีค่าปรับ 2,000 บาท
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ประกอบอาหารภายในห้องพัก และ บริเวณรีสอร์ท
• ไม่อนุญาตให้กางเต็นท์ภายในรีสอร์ท
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งเสียงดัง หรือ ทำสิ่งที่เป็นการรบกวนผู้อื่น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์งดใช้เสียงตั้งแต่เวลา 22:00 น. เป็นต้นไป
• หากลูกค้าลืมทรัพย์สินไว้ภายในรีสอร์ทหรือทรัพย์สินสูญหาย ทางรีสอร์ทจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
• ในกรณีที่ทรัพย์สินของทางรีสอร์ทเสียหายหรือสูญหาย ต้องชดเชยค่าเสียหายตามราคาทรัพย์สินนั้นๆ
• กรณีที่ท่านไม่เข้าพักตามที่กำหนด ทางรีสอร์ทจะถือเป็นการไม่เข้าพัก และท่านไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้
• กรณีลูกค้าต้องการเพิ่มผู้เข้าพักให้แจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้าพักอย่างน้อย 3 วัน
• กรณีลูกค้า Check out เกินกว่าระยะเวลาที่ทางรีสอร์ทกำหนด ทางรีสอร์ทปรับเป็นชั่วโมง (ชั่วโมงละ 1,000 บาท)
• กรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการยกเลิกผู้เข้าพักเพิ่มให้แจ้งล่วงหน้า 3 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก ถ้าไม่แจ้งทางรีสอร์ทไม่ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงิน

ระเบียบการเข้าพักอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยกเลิกการจอง :

• การจองนี้ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
• สามารถเลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้ 1 ครั้ง โดยต้องแจ้งทางรีสอร์ทล่วงหน้า 30 วัน
• การเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือการยกเลิกวันเข้าพักทางรีสอร์ทจะยึดเอกสารเป็นสำคัญ
• ระเบียบการเข้าพักอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบ
